Summary:
This position will manage all aspects of sold owned-and-operated and digital agency advertising campaigns to ensure accuracy, quality assurance and account retention. This position will serve as the point person for client on-boarding (as needed), act as the liaison to the digital agency, submit and navigate campaigns through the appropriate channels to ensure on-time fulfillment, and will be ultimately responsible for the precise execution of all digital sales. This position will be responsible for consistent campaign monitoring and providing monthly reporting recaps for active campaigns. This position will also pull and send monthly GA site performance to the sales team, update and manage distribution of the digital rate card, maintain premium position and newsletter availability, and problem-solve any post-sale execution challenges presented by the sales team and/or the client.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Verification of all sold digital ad campaigns, including but not limited to:
a. Intake meeting with sales rep to review campaign details
b. Create and maintain a master spreadsheet of all active digital campaigns
c. Check order accuracy set-up in system
d. URL & landing page verification
e. Reserve and submit materials for email newsletters
f. Send onboarding note to client (as needed)
g. Monitor campaign components and execution in Vision platform; see through until launch and confirm
h. Submit campaign execution in SWFT platform; see through until launch and confirm
i. Ad tag verification for analytics; help clients with tags if needed
j. Monitoring of pacing and campaign performance
k. Optimization suggestions
l. Check all newsletters and eblasts daily to ensure accurate fulfillment
m. Provide screenshots, emails, newsletters as requested
n. Story telling/narrative style month-end reports every month on agreed-upon dates with sales team
2. Review daily analysis and reporting on ALL campaign performance. Report any concerns about campaigns not pacing/not flighted to the appropriate sales contact. Troubleshoot to ensure campaigns are running on time and accurately.
3. Submit RFPs and sold agency campaigns through SWFT system; communicate daily with sales team about progress to completion. See all campaigns through to launch and communicate about status daily.
4. Work with sales team to understand and establish campaign requirements, and serve as subject matter expert in assisting with campaign set-up, optimization suggestions, ad tagging, and retention through reporting recaps etc.
5. Diligently manage all campaigns as needed, ensure strong performance, and support the sales process to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
6. Provide detailed client data & insights - campaign performance, position updates, competitive benchmarking to build client relationships.
7 .Perform all other duties as assigned or directed.
Education/Experience:
BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Mathematics discipline OR equivalent experience.
